The West Gate Bank Difference

West Gate Bank supports United Way with e-Statement Campaign

In one of our best examples of community support, West Gate Bank conducted a "Go Green" campaign to launch electronic bank statements. Every customer who enrolled for electronic statements, to save paper, had the option of receiving $5 for themselves, or having West Gate Bank donate $10 to United Way of Lincoln and Lancaster County.  Phase 1 of the campaign ran from early January through Memorial Day.  On June 3, President and CEO Carl Sjulin presented a check for $17,600 to the United Way during West Gate Bank's Customer Appreciation event. West Gate Bank is proud to partner with United Way of Lincoln and Lancaster County, and to present the check that took the 2011 United Way Campaign over goal... just another way we are fulfilling our mission to provide a strong foundation to build relationships that empower our customers to achieve their dreams.

St. Gianna's Project

In one of our most recent efforts, West Gate Bank partnered with Catholic Social Services and financed the new St. Gianna's facility. The new space is comprised of 24 apartments, a chapel, playground, and commons area and will house women and children who are victims of domestic violence. West Gate Bank is proud to partner with Catholic Social Services to make this new facility a reality... just another way we are fulfilling our mission to provide a strong foundation to build relationships that empower our customers to achieve their dreams.
